Our A/C went out on a very hot day. We called early evening to report our problem assuming we would get a return call the next day. We were extremely pleased when we were able to talk to someone that evening. Repair was scheduled for the next morning! The service man showed up as promised and got the unit working but we needed a new unit. Installation was scheduled for the next morning. We were so pleased with the response and the service people.

Monday our AC stopped working and we were in trouble. So I called R & W. That afternoon Chris, a service tech, came out to analyze the unit and found the compressor was bad. They gave me a quote for a complete new cooling system. We didn't need the problems we were having with the old system so the new one was the right thing to do. The next morning an installation crew came and installed my new cooling system. They did a great job, even put protection down for my carpet & stairs and cleaned up inside and out when finished. That afternoon, the day after I called, my new system was keeping us nice and cool. I Just can't say enough about the R & W team and the great service they have giving our family over the years The Clarksons

R&W has serviced HVAC systems in apartments we own for several years. They are timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and polite. Our tired 30-year-old system was replaced with a new state-of-the-art system. What a difference it has made. These are good people doing good work!

Since moving to Lebanon, we have used R&W for a few routine issues and recently for a complete HVAC replacement. Each time they have been professional, timely, and did excellent work. I find them to be the most trustworthy and competent company around.

I wish all of my experiences with home related repairs and services were as good as they have been with R&W. They kept my old Carrier A/C going for a long time. The time finally came when it was no longer worthwhile to put more money into stringing it along. Service tech Steve (he's excellent) called Kent who came out that very day to provide an estimate for the replacement of the unit. My wife and I talked it over and decided to go with the new unit. From the day we notified Kent of our decision to proceed, the installation was scheduled for the following week and the entire central air system was fully installed and functional when promised. I can't say enough about Kent and the installation team. Everything went smoothly. I was a bit surprised that the installers were such young guys. These guys are hard working self starters. These guys know what they're doing and there's no nonsense. Kent showed up several times and worked right along with these guys. Teamwork at it's best. At the time of this writing it's the end of May. We've already had a few hot days. We're so happy to have taken care of this replacement in timely manner as the super hot days of June, July and August are right around the corner. In conclusion, I think potential customers of R&W need to know that this is a company that is honest and ethical. Big thank you to the entire R&W team!
