Every time we have used R&W they are able to help us get the system up and running. As our system was quite old we talked with them about a new system & they helped us choose the best system for our home and installed it. They went above and beyond on this service.

I just had a new system instlalled and they did such a good job from start to finish.Kent showed me all my options and answered many questions, nice guy and very helpful.Clayton and Jordan installed and again very nice guys, professional. after the installation eveything was cleaned up and all my questions were answered. They didn't leave until I was comfortable with the new system. Thank you to all, great job, wonderful company.

R&W is awesome, I called them this morning and they came out this afternoon and had my A/C up and running. Great job, always friendly, highly recommend them to everyone. Always support local business .

Clayton did a great job replacing an old water heater out of our historic building. They were on time, cleaned up and removed the old one.

Fast, friendly and fair.

Our AC was down and another company had given us a quote for replacement. I called R and W and they also gave us a quote. They were professional and their highest option was the lowest from the other company. They fit us in that week to install our new HVAC system. Can't recommend enough!!!!

We called R&W based on a family recommendation - Kent was quick to come out, diagnose the problem, and provide a solution. The installation team was very clean and professional. Our only issue was one air duct was left hanging from the ceiling, but when we called to notify them, they fixed the problem within a few days. They also installed a new cold air return at no extra charge. I would highly recommend Kent, Scott, and the R&W team for HVAC installation and repair.

The service team installed our new furnace and air conditioner quickly and did not leave any trace that they were there when they left. They were very courteous and respectful of our home during the installation.
