Extremely impressed how fast Steven was able to quickly come and look at our broken unit. Due to the units age and what it would cost to attempt to fix it, we decided to replace it. This was about a month ago when the weather was hot, so we were very happy how fast they were able to install our new system. Andy came by recently to turn on the heat for the first time and to make sure everything worked. Both of them are extremely professional and the ladies in the office have been great as well - 5+ Stars!

We have come to know the owner, John, and he has always ensured that any issues identified were resolved quickly. We highly recommend R&W to anyone needing maintenance on an existing system or requiring a new HVAC system.

Kent, the salesman, was knowledgeable, courteous, and very easy to work with. He respected the fact that I was getting three quotes from different companies. He never once spoke ill of any other company. I can't say the same thing about the other two. Your two installers, Tony and Gabe, were efficient and very thorough. They were also very patient and took time to answer all my many questions. They are probably two of the best installers in the business.

...two fine gentlemen! They laughed at my jokes...and listened to my stories. The proof of their good work is that the thermostat is set at 70 and the inside temperature has been holding steady at 70 since the installation. Incidentally, the real reason I selected R & W was that you replaced my hot water tank several years ago and it has been working flawlessly ever since then. That bespeaks "Quality."

I highly recommend R & W heating and ac. I had an old unit replaced and the serviceman Tony was very professional. He explained everything to me. Cleaned up the mess. He showed me everything I needed to now. I would give Tony 10 stars but it only lets me give 5
