The furnace Technician Jasn O. was amazing. My dad never directs me wrong and said R&W is his go to heating and cooling. Jason was straight with me and found a problem i was having that got worse and the problem i originally called for. Everything got replaced and furnace is up and running like it should. Practically brand new again. Thanks R&W Heating in Lebanon Ohio.

I have been very happy with their previous work at my home, and that they were not high-pressure with sales of new hardware. We knew a new system was coming at some point, but we had a different company try to pressure us into a much more expensive system 7 years ago. That's when I started working with R&W, and I liked their work so much, I immediately requested a new system when they recommended it.

Called R&W for a non emergency furnace problem. They were able to come out pretty quick and check it out. Scott the technician was professional and worked efficiently to diagnose the problem. He answered all my questions along the way. Was back up and running in an hour and I was billed for just one hour at a reasonable rate. Very satisfied with R&W and would use them again.

In fact, one called you this morning and you were servicing their AC today. Great experience. We got prices from 3 other companies ,but they had the best price.

R&W is by far the BEST! They were fast, courteous, and upstanding. My AC broke down. They said they could fix it and didn't push replacing it. In the end I trusted them so much, I asked them to replace my 19 yo HVAC system. I am so happy with their speed, the cost and the improved efficiency. Everyone at the company was fantastic - repair, sales, install team and front office. I would highly recommend R&W!
