...two fine gentlemen! They laughed at my jokes...and listened to my stories. The proof of their good work is that the thermostat is set at 70 and the inside temperature has been holding steady at 70 since the installation. Incidentally, the real reason I selected R & W was that you replaced my hot water tank several years ago and it has been working flawlessly ever since then. That bespeaks "Quality."

I highly recommend R & W heating and ac. I had an old unit replaced and the serviceman Tony was very professional. He explained everything to me. Cleaned up the mess. He showed me everything I needed to now. I would give Tony 10 stars but it only lets me give 5

I am very happy with all aspects of working with R&W. I have been using them for service and maintenance for years, and they have recently replaced my old heating and A/C units. Their technicians are always very courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. Their customer service is great, and I have NEVER had trouble reaching them by phone or hearing back from them by email. I greatly appreciate all their work!

If these guys don’t earn a 5-star review, I don’t know who does. R&W Heating & Air came out when our AC went down, and from start to finish they were outstanding. You can tell right away this isn’t just a company—it’s a team that actually cares. They worked with us to get everything fixed the right way while keeping it as affordable as possible, and that meant a lot. The technician they sent out (I’m pretty sure his name was Greg or Craig—my memory isn’t doing me any favors these days lol) was top notch. Super respectful, hardworking, cleaned everything up, and just had a great attitude the entire time. He even shared that he just got engaged—great kid, and you can tell he was raised right. If that’s the kind of people they have working for them, it says a lot about how the company is run. They were quick, efficient, and didn’t cut corners. Just honest, solid work. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines skill, integrity, and genuinely good people—but R&W has all three. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

Hot water baseboard heating. Woke up this morning to NO heat. Called R&W to request service. Within 3 hours a furnace technician was in the basement , replacing a part! When that was not successful, he ordered a different part. They sent someone to Cincinnati to pick it up and deliver it to the house. Almost immediately, the furnace technician was back replacing that part. And like magic, the house is warming up again!Thank you! I am so grateful for your friendly, expert, professional, and efficient service. Been your customer for decades and today is a perfect example of why!
